GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR THE CN8-2 – CASA LUNA MIXED-USE APARTMENT PROJECT

On the morning of March 6th, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the CN8-2 – Casa Luna mixed-use apartment project was held. The project is located on Ton Dat Tien Street – Phu My Hung Canal Area, connecting to the Starlight Bridge, within the Crescent Lake area (Area A), bordered to the South by North-South Street, to the Northeast by Do Doc Tuyet Street, and to the Southeast by an internal road.

The Casa Luna project is developed by Phu My Hung Development Corporation, aiming to create a new, extremely luxurious and impressive product segment in a French neoclassical style with full high-end amenities of a resort in the heart of the city.

   -  Total floor area: 24,537 m²

   -  Type: Apartment and commercial building

In this project, International Investment and Construction Consulting Company Limited (ICIC) participates as the main consultant and architectural design consultant, collaborating with relevant units to develop design solutions that align with the investor's vision for a unique, high-end product line.
